My journey

I am French and American, originally trained in the hospitality industry and most of my professional experience has been in project management in said hospitality industry, in universities and in social entrepreneurship. I discovered Positive Psychology in 2013 and later Gestalt-therapy. Their humanist origins and roots have motivated me to resume my studies to accompany individuals and organizations today to be a practitioner in Positive Psychology, and since December 2020 practitioner in Gestalt therapy. I am still on my journey to be a Gestalt therapist. 

My training courses

Gestalt-therapist 2020 - 2023

certification course at the Ecole Parisienne de Gestalt  declared to the Rectorate of Paris as a Private Institution of Higher Education which includes advanced training in psychopathology (minimum 115h) and supervised practice. 

 

Gestalt-practitioner 2016 - 2020

certificate issued after 2 consecutive training cycles ranging from 4 to 6 years including theoretical and practical with permanent work on oneself to appropriate a Gestalt posture. 

 

Practitioner in Positive Psychology 2016 - 2018

Master 2 in Research in Applied Positive Psychology, Cambridge (UK) - 1200h of training

 

Gottman Practitioner 2020

on going training at the Gottman Institute4 cycles in methods mainly based on Positive Psychology and applied to couple therapy.

*: Supervision is overseeing and accompaniment of a therapist by an experienced professional who has a clear and thorough comprehension of his profession.
