I am fascinated by people’s creative drive and means of self-realization which they developed throughout their lives. As I consider all individuals expert on the subject of their own experience, I am particularly interested in helping patients encounter more meaningful relationships, and greater alertness and creativity. By acknowledging the reality of life challenges, I aim to help to you (or your couple) find ways to move on to what really has meaning for you.
As a practitioner trained in Gestalt therapy my approach is to listen in a non-judgmental, and collaborative way by emphasizing self-responsibility here and now. I also rely on what is expressed as positive to develop the capacity to love and be loved, to give meaning to actions and to identify resources. During the sessions we can talk, we an use available tools and be creative.

Some themes that we can explore together:
=> the effects of health crisis, grief, loss of meaning, feelings of emptiness, lack of self-esteem, relationship difficulties, abuse, commitment, parenthood, self-confidence, tensions within the couple and/or with colleagues and/or in the family.
